Managing Director and Principal Migration Agent
Sheila is a registered migration agent based in Western Australia. She migrated here with her beautiful family in 2015 as working visa holders. Sheila finished her Graduate Diploma in Australian Migration Law and Practice in Griffith University and a member of the Migration Institute of Australia.
Sheila also holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Secondary Education where she graduated Magna Cum laude in 2005. Whilst in Australia, she did not stop from learning and took further studies. Sheila also finished her Diploma of Human Resources Management, Diploma of Leadership and Management, Diploma of Business and Advanced Certificate in Payroll Management. She was also a Licensed and Registered English Teacher in the Philippines where she originally come from.
Sheila has been involved in all facets of Human Resources for almost ten years. Hence, she fully understands the complexities of migration – from recruitment, onboarding, visa application and mobilisation.
Sheila’s main passion is spending quality time with her husband and two lovely kids.
Managing Director
Cherry is the Managing Director of S&C Migration and Visa Specialists and holds a Graduate Diploma in Australian Migration Law and Practice from Griffith University. She runs her own small business and is also working full time in their family business. Before relocating to Australia, she built a strong background in customer service, sales, and business consulting services. Her experience as a Behavioural Therapist also equips her with valuable insights for understanding and supporting clients on a personal level throughout their migration journey.
She earned her Bachelor of Arts in Social Sciences, majoring in Behavioural Studies, from the University of the Philippines Mindanao, as well as a Graduate Certificate in Professional Education from the University of the Philippines Diliman. As a migrant herself, she has firsthand experience of the challenges and successes involved in relocating to a new country.
Outside her professional responsibilities, Cherry enjoys traveling with her family and actively participates in conferences and networking events to further her knowledge and expand her business connections.
Administrative Manager
Meet Christian Matthew Agnote, the reliable and committed Administrative Manager at S&C Migration Visa and Specialists PTY LTD. With a sharp eye for detail and a heart for service, Matthew ensures that all administrative operations are handled with efficiency, professionalism, and care. Working at a trusted visa and migration company, he takes pride in helping clients navigate complex immigration processes with confidence and clarity.
Matthew holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration major in Marketing Management, and graduated Magna Cum Laude—a reflection of his strong work ethic and dedication to excellence. His background in both business and marketing gives him a unique edge when it comes to understanding client needs and delivering high-quality service.
With a well-rounded skill set in administration, marketing, and customer service, Matthew helps bridge communication between the team and clients, ensuring that each person feels heard, supported, and guided throughout their migration journey.
As Administrative Manager, Matthew oversees document preparation, client coordination, and internal processes—making sure everything is well-organized and in line with immigration standards. He plays a vital role in maintaining the company’s high level of compliance and client satisfaction.
His calm and organised approach brings structure to even the most complex tasks. Whether assisting with a student visa, partner visa, or skilled migration application, Matthew ensures that each file is handled with accuracy and care.

Social Media & Marketing Manager
Carmi De Jesus brings to SC Migration & Visa Consultancy a dynamic blend of creativity, strategy, and purpose-driven marketing. A Magna Cum Laude graduate from the University of Nueva Caceres, she combines academic excellence with hands-on expertise in sales, brand communication, and digital content creation.
Her experience spans both corporate and academic environments, where she has led impactful marketing campaigns, developed brand stories, and managed client communications with precision. Carmi's approach to marketing is not just about reach— it’s about relevance. She ensures that every message reflects SC Migration’s core commitment: to provide legitimate assistance and real, honest migration processes to every Filipino dreamer.
