Sheila is a registered migration agent based in Western Australia and migrated to Australia with her family in 2015 on a working visa. She completed her Graduate Diploma in Australian Migration Law and Practice at Griffith University and is a member of the Migration Institute of Australia.
Sheila holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Secondary Education, graduating Magna Cum Laude in 2005. Committed to continuous professional development, she has also completed a Diploma of Human Resource Management, Diploma of Leadership and Management, Diploma of Business, and an Advanced Certificate in Payroll Management. Prior to moving to Australia, she was a licensed English teacher in the Philippines.
With nearly ten years of experience across various areas of Human Resources, Sheila has developed a strong understanding of the migration journey - from recruitment and onboarding to visa processing and workforce mobilisation.
Outside of work, Sheila enjoys spending quality time with her husband and their two children.
Managing Director and Registered Migration Agent (MARN 2519080)
Cherry is the Managing Director of S&C Migration and Visa Specialists and holds a Graduate Diploma in Australian Migration Law and Practice from Griffith University. She also manages her own small business while working full-time in their family enterprise.
Prior to relocating to Australia, Cherry developed extensive experience in customer service, sales, and business consulting, strengthening her expertise in client engagement and business operations. Her background as a Behavioural Therapist also enables her to provide empathetic, client-focused guidance throughout each stage of the migration process.
Cherry holds a Bachelor of Arts in Social Sciences, majoring in Behavioural Studies, from the University of the Philippines Mindanao, as well as a Graduate Certificate in Professional Education from the University of the Philippines Diliman. As a migrant herself, she understands firsthand the challenges and opportunities involved in building a new life in another country.
Outside of work, Cherry enjoys travelling with her family and actively participates in professional conferences and networking events to continually expand her knowledge and professional connections.

With a sharp eye for detail and a heart for service, Matthew ensures that all administrative operations are handled with efficiency, professionalism, and care. Working at a trusted visa and migration company, he takes pride in helping clients navigate complex immigration processes with confidence and clarity.
Matthew holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration major in Marketing Management, and graduated Magna Cum Laude—a reflection of his strong work ethic and dedication to excellence. His background in both business and marketing gives him a unique edge when it comes to understanding client needs and delivering high-quality service.
With a well-rounded skill set in administration, marketing, and customer service, Matthew helps bridge communication between the team and clients, ensuring that each person feels heard, supported, and guided throughout their migration journey.
As Administrative Manager, Matthew oversees document preparation, client coordination, and internal processes—making sure everything is well-organized and in line with immigration standards. He plays a vital role in maintaining the company’s high level of compliance and client satisfaction.

A Magna Cum Laude graduate from the University of Nueva Caceres, she combines academic excellence with hands-on expertise in sales, brand communication, and digital content creation.
Her experience spans both corporate and academic environments, where she has led impactful marketing campaigns, developed brand stories, and managed client communications with precision. Carmi's approach to marketing is not just about reach— it’s about relevance.
